Carrack House is a 14 storey tower block and consists of 53 flats. It is located in Erith Town Centre in Bexley, South East London. The 38m building was approved in 1967 and completed in 1971. Bosworth House is a 15 storey tower block It was approved in 1967 and completed in 1971. At 43m tall and with 56 flats, it is the taller of the two blocks in the centre.
