Such is the force ofcivilization; such the destiny of the unad-vancing, unprogressive, uncivilized of theearth, even to the lowest kingdoms of animallife. Their births are less frequent than theirdeaths, and so, as a race, they are witheringfrom the land. Soon they will live only inthe songs of their exterminators.
