This is a Caterpillar D9T bulldozer fitted with a semi universal blade and single shank variable ripper. The D9T is powered by a Caterpillar C18 engine which produces 306kw, 410 horse power. the total operating weight in this configuration is about 48 tons. The D9T pictured here working at Tower Colliery open cast coal site in South Wales.
