Italian Carabinieri of the 7th Regiment Carabinieri “Laives” Bolzano and 13th Regiment Carabinieri “Friuli Venezia Giulia” Gorizia conduct training using the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) egress assistance trainer (HEAT), at Caserma Ederle Vicenza, Italy, April 6, 2017. The simulator allows soldiers to practice exit from vehicles, skills and engage in realistic scenarios. Carabinieri use Army RTSD South equipment to enhance the bilateral relations and to expand levels of cooperation and the capacity of the personnel involved in joint operations.
