A simulated casualty waits to be evaluated during a Combat Lifesaver course April 10, 2015, aboard Camp Lejeune, The five-day course, held by the Division Combat Skills Center, culminated with a mass casualty drill, where Marine and sailor students demonstrated the medical skills they learned that week.
