Small solar panel and wind turbines are stationed all along Paignton esplanade to power the hanging lights are hung between the street lamps. and light up the promenade at night. Either sun or wind is usually in plentiful supply along the coast here. The crow didn't seem at all bothered by the wind turbine rotating and swivelling above its head.
