MEDITERRANEAN SEA (July 16, 2017) Sonar Technician (Surface) 1st Class Travis Daniels ceremoniously places the ashes of a veteran in the ocean during a burial-at-sea ceremony aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Truxtun (DDG 103). Truxtun, part of the George Bush Carrier Strike Group (GHWBCSG), is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe and Africa.
