SASEBO, Japan (Apr. 14, 2016) Speaker Mike Domitrz, founder of the Date Safe Project, gives his presentation, "Can I Kiss You?," onboard Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo. "Can I Kiss You?" is a skills-based program that adresses dating decisions, consent, respect, bystander intervention and sexual assault. It was given as part of the Resilient Workforce Summit, which provided service members training on a range of subjects from physical readiness to sexual assault in order to maintain a resilient workforce.
