Todd Semonite, 54th Army Chief of Engineers (left), recognized Karyn Coe (middle) and Dawn Clappsy (right) on March 22, 2017 with commander's coins and impact awards for their hard work collecting, processing and forwarding requests for NAD's six engineer districts to be able to hire people for critically important positions that meet federal hiring freeze exception criteria.
