Chicago, Illinois - Members of the New Era Windows Cooperative assemble windows in their plant on Chicago's southwest side. Cooperative members formerly worked at Republic Windows and Doors, where they occupied the plant to prevent its closing in 2008. They are members of the United Electrical Workers union.
