Portsmouth, Va. (June 22, 2018) Capt. Christopher Culp, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth commanding officer, delivers the keynote speech at the graduation of Intern Class of 2018. Eighty-nine medical interns graduated from NMCP, making them eligible to independently provide health care at military medical facilities around the world. This is the 94th consecutive year of the Graduate Medical Education program at NMCP, which provides a joint-service intern program for Navy and Air Force doctors.
