Lt. Col. Charles Steffens, II is sprayed after completing his final flight "Fini-Flight" in the C-130 Hercules July 21, 2022 at Nevada Air National Guard Base in Reno, Nev. It's tradition to spray the aircrew with fire hoses and champagne upon arriving to base from their Fini-Flight in the aircraft. Steffens is set to retire later this year after 27 years of service.
