S • Head blackish tinged with grey ; palpi white except at tips above; thorax white with some grey scales on patagia and meta- thorax ; fore tibise and the tarsi banded with grey-black ; abdomen white with narrow blackish dorsal bands, the anal tuft oehreous. Fore wing white; subbasal line grey, double, waved, from costa to submedian fold ; antemedial line grey, double, waved, the lines expanding into patches at costa; orbicular and reni form with slight black annuli open below, the latter hoop-shaped; an oblique olive- grey mark from middle of costa ; terminal area purple-grey shading to olive on inner side and towards apex; postmedial line repre- sented by an oblique olive-grey mark from costa on the white area and an interrupted minutely waved black line on the purple area strongly incurved below vein 4; subterminal line represented by a slight white lunule with black spot before it below vein 7, and from.
