He is at present the City Physi-cian of Middletown, having received the appoint-ment July 28. 1894, from the Mayor and Com-mon Council. By virtue of his office he is a mem-ber of the Board of Health. In the four years inwhich he has resided in Middletown, he has builtup an extensive and paying practice, of whichhe may well be proud. Dr. Nelson was married, in Middletown, to MissCora J.
