TRINCOMALEE, Sri Lanka (Nov. 25, 2016) Marines visit a naval museum during a Theater Security Cooperation engagement at Sri Lanka Naval Base, Trincomalee, Nov. 25, 2016. The museum visit gave the Marines an opportunity to learn the history and culture of the Sri Lankan Navy. The 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, part of the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group, is operating in the 7th Fleet’s area of responsibility in support of security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
