Harris' Early Giant. Telephone Improved Peas and very desirable; flesh thick and meaty. One of the most valuable new sorts. LONG RED CAYENNE. About 1 inch longer than Red Chili, and matures a few days later, but is equally hot in flavor. This is the heaviest yielder of the thin varieties. RUBY KING. (Selected Stock.) Well known for hardiness and blight-resistant qualities. A general favorite where early Peppers are grown for shipment, especially throughout the South. The flesh is thick and mild and it is used extensively for stuff'ed Peppers. SWEET BULL NOSE. A standard early variety. The plants are vigorous and stocky, carrying the fruit well throughout the season. Slightly smaller than our Ruby King, and not quite as mild in flavor. WORLD BEATER. The largest and heaviest yielder of all and bears until frost. ing it fine for stuffing and serving individually. The flesh is very thick, sweet, and mild-flavored, not hot. In color it is bright green, changing to brilliant red. We consider it one of the finest Peppers ever introduced and recommend it highly. CHINESE GIANT. Most popular of the older varieties. It ripens early, is of good size and flavor, with rather thick flesh. A very good shipper. Bears quickly, requiring only a short season to mature.
