MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Oct. 31, 2014) Aviation Structural Mechanic Airman London Olan, from Toledo, Ohio, stands by as a safety observer as an F/A-18C Hornet, attached to the "Golden Warriors" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 87, conducts a low power turn on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS George Bush (CVN 77). George Bush, homeported in Norfolk, Va., is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
