Denver, PORTRAIT Help the Liberty Loan IN furtherance of previous correspondence, and withthe approval of the Director of PubUcity, LibertyLoan of 1917, the Federal Photographic Society ofAmerica urgently requests all photographers to volun-teer their patriotic services in assisting toward floatingthe Second Liberty Loan, by submitting photographswhich are suitable for poster or newspaper advertisingof the Loan. To insure that prompt and efficient selection of thephotographs may be made, the Federal PhotographicSociety will act as a volunteer bureau and will providea committee of at least six men, each qualified for hisspecial work; two for technical quality, two for artisticquality, and two for advertising value. Twenty-five photographs, which, in the opinion ofthe committee are best suited to purposes of nationaladvertising, will be submitted to the Director of Pub-licity, to be used or not, as he may direct.
