(Nov. 8, 2018) - Electrician's Mate (Nuclear) 2nd Class Zach Lewis, left, from Cambridge, Ohio, Aviation Ordnanceman 3rd Class Eric Heavener, center, from Tecumseh, Michigan, and Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Addison Williams, from Spanish Fort, Alabama, all assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), patch a pipe rupture during damage control olympics held in the ship's hangar bay. Ford is currently undergoing its post-shakedown availability at Huntington Ingalls Industries-Newport News Shipbuilding.
