In its general features it is one of that class ofwrapping machines wherein the article to be wrapped and the wrapperis inserted in a pocket disposed upon the periphery of a carrying wheelwhich as it moves brings the article and its wrapper under the actionof various instrumentalities whereby paper or other wrapping materialis folded down on the article. The carrying wheel has an intermittent movement equal to the dis-tance between the centers of two of the pockets.
