I., who came to the colony a few years prior to 1700. toescape religious persecution. He was a man much esteemed. He was a merchant at Bor-odino, N. Y., and served several years on the Board of Supervisors of Onondaga Co. Hedied suddenly while sitting in his office, April 2, 1901. Their son Clarence died in 1S8S, asmall babe.
