R. B. Goodyer, of Cardiff, is dead at the age of seventy-three. Mr. Goodyer had long been connected with tram-way and other transit systems, having held managerialappointments with Edinburgh Street Tramways, RothesayTramways, London Road Car Company and the Metro-politan (Paris) Tramways.
