Austin, TX USA April 18, 2020: A few hundred Texans flout social distancing guidelines at the Texas Capitol during a "You Can't Close America" rally encouraged by the alt-right website Infowars. Attendees protested government policies aimed at slowing the spread of the coronavirus as overly restrictive and a violation of Americans' constitutional rights. The day before the rally,Texas Gov.
