Padstow, UK. 1st May, 2017. Obby Oss May Day parade and celebration is a parade about the leaving Winter and coming Summer. The Marchers wear white outfits with either red or blue, red being the representation of Summer and blue being the representation of winter. They meet for a mock battle to show Cornish Winter being defeated by the coming of Summer. The Marchers and Crowd were equally jubilent despite the appaling weather!
