ST. LOUIS (June 7, 2018) – Cmdr. Nathan Rockholm, commanding officer, Navy Recruiting District St. Louis, speaks to family members and friends of the 60th Cardinal Division during a swearing-in ceremony at City Hall. Eighty new recruits took the oath of enlistment prior to a pre-game event at Busch Stadium. The division is named after the St. Louis Cardinals who have sponsored such groups annually since 1958.
