YOKOSUKA, Japan (November 10, 2016) – Petty Officer 1st Class John Mayo, from Glendale, Calif., presents the flag to retired master chief Michael Lutman of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1054 as the poem “Old Glory” is read during the Veteran’s Day Ceremony held on board Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
