KEY WEST, FL (Feb. 5, 2019) Security forces at Naval Air Station Key West respond to an active shooter drill as part of the Citadel Shield-Solid Curtain exercise at Naval Branch Health Clinic Key West Feb. 5. The purpose of Citadel Shield-Solid Curtain is to ensure that the Navy is ready to respond to changing and dynamic threats at all times. NAS Key West is a state-of-the-art facility for air-to-air combat fighter aircraft of all military services and provides world-class pierside support to and foreign naval vessels.
