There are two kinds, one all yellow and and the other green striped with light 3-ellow color. The latter is the preferable kind; the flesh is fine grained, 3-ellow, very sweet, and better than any Winter Squash. It keeps well; it takes the place here of the Winter Squashes, which are very little cultivated. The.
