In 1878 he was married to AliceBurgard, and they have six children : Winifred( 1900, 1901), Katherine ( 1903),Eva, Lois, Thomas Ashford, Jr., and Henry C. WILBERT B. HINSDALE was born atWadsworth, Medina County, Ohio, May 25, 1851,son of Albert and Clarinda (Eyles) Hinsdale. Hisparents were of Connecticut origin. He was gradu-. known Homoeopathic physicians in the State of received the degree of Doctor of Medicine in1887 at the Homoeopathic Hospital College ofCleveland, now the Cleveland Homoeopathic MedicalCollege. In 1890 he became Professor of MateriaMedica in that institution, to which subject wasadded that of Theory and Practice of Medicine in1893. In 1895 he was called to the University ofMichigan as Dean of the Homoeopathic MedicalCollege, Professor of the Theory and Practice ofMedicine and Clinical Medicine, and Director ofthe Homoeopathic Hospital.
