Mars explorer recruitment poster. A NASA recruitment poster showing an astronaut technician engaged in work on an installation on the surface of one of the Martian moons, Phobos and Deimos, with Mars in the background. A number of crewed missions to Mars are currently being planned to explore the planet's potential for human habitation. NASA originally commissioned a series of these posters for an exhibit at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in 2009.
