Col. McCoy, Infantry, seen commanding trains and Military Police in the Training Area during World War One. He also commanded the 125th Infantry during training and occupied a sector in Alsace. Col. McCoy further commanded the 128th Infantry during the Marne-Aisne, Oise-Aisne, and Meuse-Argonne offensives. In addition, he commanded the 127th and 128th Infantry during the Army of Occupation.
