Iqbal Singh (with blue turban) one of the accused in connection to the 26 January 2021 Republic Day violence case at the historical Red Fort monument seen with officers at Delhi Police Special Cell office at Singh was accused of instigating the crowd near the “Lahori Gate” to enter in the Red Fort. He has been on the run ever since the agitation in Delhi on Republic Day when a peaceful farmers’ tractor rally against the Centre’s farm laws turned violent. He was however arrested Tuesday night from Hoshiyarpur, Punjab.
