HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE, Fla. – Joint Task Force – Haiti command and control element boards a C-130 aircraft from Homestead Air Reserve base to direct disaster relief operation in Haiti, Aug. 17. Rear Adm. Keith Davids is the commander of JTF-Haiti and Special Operations Command South Command. Special Operations Forces work closely with other government agencies to respond to crises through a holistic government approach.
