Army Maj. Gen. Robert E. Livingston, the Adjutant General for South Carolina, took part in a deployment ceremony with the South Carolina National Guard’s 266th Engineer Detachment (Firefighters) at the McCrady Training Center, Eastover, South Carolina, July 18, 2017. Seven Soldiers will be deploying for one year to the country of Romania in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. This unit also sent Soldiers to assist with Pinnacle Mountain wildfire last year.
