When usedj as a drill the seed is sown with great regulari- ty and at uniform depth, regulated at pleasure. The hopper holds one quart. Probably no other cultivat- ing machine is so widely known as the "Planet ; Combined Horse Hoe and Cultivator, for Id is in use throughout the civ- ilized world. It is so strongly built as towithstand incredible .strain, yet it is light and easy ito handle. The Frame is longer than usual and about one and ahalf vinches higher, making a tool vihat will not clog easily.
