London, UK. 12th Jul, 2017. At the City of London Guildhall yard English heritage was 500th anniversary of car parade organised by The Worshipful Company of Carman. Lord Mayor for the City of London opened ceremony for cart marking special 500th edtion. For centuries, the Corporation of London exercised its rights over carts and carriers, limiting numbers of "carts and cars" plying for hire within the City.
