Head orange-red, palpi whitish, jaws dark; somites red, with shiny black warts in subdorsal space on somites 5-13; a subdorsal series ; a suprastigmatic series ; a stigmatic series behind spiracles; two subventral series; somites 2,3, 4 with one series only; the cervical spot and anal plate with row of black points; the subdorsal and stigmatic series on somites 3, 4, and the supra- stigmatic on 7-11, and the subdorsal on 12 & 13 with long pencils of fine black hair, the others with thin tufts of short hair; the subdorsal space on median somites
