Two Asian American instructors help an enthusiastic boy mount a water rocket with a parachute on a launching stand in Huntington Beach, CA. Made out of a plastic soda bottle, a water rocket uses water as its reaction mass. The water is forced out by compressed air. It operates on the principle of Newton's third law of motion. Note safety glasses.
