Coloured computed tomography (CT) angiogram of the brain of a 57-year-old patient, who presented with recurrent headaches for 2 weeks. The scan shows the presence of an upper left hemispheric arteriovenous malformation (AVM), supplied by the branches of the left anterior cerebral artery and the branches of the left middle cerebral artery. An AVM is an abnormal blood vessel arrangement.
