The Landing of the Pilgrim Fathers engraving by John McRae (1845 - 1870) of a painting by English historical artist Charles Lucy (1814 - 1873) - the painting depicts the arrival of the Pilgrims at the present Provincetown harbour on November 21 1620. The Mayflower, seen in the background, brought 102 Pilgrims to Massachusetts where they founded Plymouth Colony.
