PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (August 9, 2018) Capt. Brian J. Diebold, commodore of Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 40, signs a log book at the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force headquarters during Southern Partnership Station 2018. Southern Partnership Station is a Southern Command-sponsored and Naval Forces Southern 4th Fleet-conducted annual deployment focused on subject matter expert exchanges and building partner capacity in a variety of disciplines including medicine, construction and dive operations in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
