He is without fault or blemish, perfect dis- position, intelligent and pure gaited. With little work as a yearling he trotted a quarter in 35 seconds, and a half in 1:15. The next spring as a two-year old he was worked 2% months and mile in 2:19%, a half in 1:08 and a quarter in 33 seconds. Having no stake engagements he was taken out of training alter making this wonderful showing for a two-year-old. There is no doubt that he could have trotted a mile in 2:12 had he been worked until fall.
