Chief Warrant Officer 4 Eveline Rosado-Haliday is the first woman to hold the position of chief, Advanced Culinary Training Division at the Quartermaster School's Joint Culinary Center of Excellence at Fort Lee. She is largely responsible for the Joint Culinary Training Exercise and also manages the Army Culinary Arts Team.
