Aberystwyth Wales UK, Thursday 7 November 2013 A Freedom of Information request to the Welsh Government has revealed that at £40,000 wind turbine located outset the governments regional offices in Aberystwyth produces only £ of electricity per month. Before it was installed, the turbine makers warned Welsh government contractors it would not be exposed to enough wind where it was to be placed.
