The construction of a new 36 storey office block at 20 Fenchurch Street in the City of London. Designed by architect Rafael Vinoly and nick-named the Walkie-Talkie. Picture shows luffing-jib tower cranes next to the concrete core of the 36 storey, 160m tall building almost complete.
