Detroit, Michigan - The ship's bell on the Flagship Niagara, docked on the Detroit River. The ship is replica of the wooden-hulled sailing ship that served in the Battle of Lake Erie during the War of 1812. Parts of the original ship were used in reconstructing the vessel. It now sails the Great Lakes as a sailing school vessel, part of the Erie Maritime Museum.
