Master Chief Aviation Ordnanceman William “Shane” Sullivan, the facilities department head and lead small arms instructor at Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, walks ashore with family members for the final time during his retirement ceremony, March 12. OTCN develops civilians and fleet Sailors into newly commissioned officers morally, mentally, physically and imbues them with the highest ideals of honor, courage and commitment in order to prepare graduates for service in the fleet as Naval officers.
