Garage and servants quarters of Fonthill house. Concrete structure with garage doors protected by large overhanging balcony used by servants living on second floor. Fonthill is a unique poured concrete house designed and built by Henry Mercer during the Art and Crafts movement. The house boasts 44 rooms 18 fireplaces 32 stairwells and more than 200 windows and was completed 1912. It is now a National Historic Landmark.
