Victorio Nickolas Velasco celebrates mass at the San Sebastian Abasolo Catholic church during the town's yearly celebration of San Sebastian, the town's patron saint. During the nine-day celebration, a different local resident volunteers to organize a daily mass, arranging for the priest, flowers, a band, and fireworks. The volunteers also serve meals at their homes for dozens of guests.
