Joint Base San Antonio members take part in the Excellence in Competition Pistol Shoot, Aug. 27, 2021, at JBSA Chapman Annex, Texas. The EIC program conducts all matches in accordance with guidelines established by the Civilian Marksmanship Program, the civilian parent organization. The program consists of four different levels of awards an individual can earn, based on excellence in marksmanship for both pistol and rifle.
